HostPayout is a profit tracker for short-term rental hosts. It helps you import CSV data, review transactions, and understand income, expenses, and net profit by property. It is not accounting software, a tax service, or a property management system.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not share accounts or use the service unlawfully.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can edit, delete, or export your data from within the product.
You may not use HostPayout to access other users’ data, upload data you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the operation of the service.
If paid plans are offered, billing is monthly unless otherwise stated. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the paid period already covered.
HostPayout provides informational profit views based on the data you upload and edit. You are responsible for reviewing your figures and for any accounting, tax, or business decisions made from them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
