HostPayout is a profit tracker for short-term rental hosts. It helps you import CSV data, review transactions, and understand income, expenses, and net profit by property. It is not accounting software, a tax service, or a property management system.
The service may suggest property or category mappings for review. Suggestions are not financial advice, and they do not replace your responsibility to review and correct imported rows.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may not share accounts or use the service unlawfully.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. You can edit, delete, or export your working account data from within the product. Some imported file content may be retained in anonymized form for parser reliability and product analysis after account deletion.
You may not use HostPayout to access other users’ data, upload data you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the operation of the service.
The Free plan supports up to 5 properties. Paid plans raise that property limit. Billing is monthly unless otherwise stated. You can cancel at any time, and paid access continues through the paid period already covered. If paid access lapses, existing data and reporting stay available while new property growth follows the Free plan limit.
HostPayout provides informational profit views based on the data you upload and edit. You are responsible for reviewing your figures and for any accounting, tax, or business decisions made from them.
Monetary amounts are based on parsed CSV data and user edits. Any future LLM-assisted feature may only provide reviewable mapping suggestions; it must not compute, infer, or change transaction amounts, and it does not replace your review.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
